How much is the deposit amount?
Our security deposit is $150. This fee is non-refundable and it secures your date, our equipment, and cancellations. Please keep in mind that dates and equipment will NOT be reserved until security deposit is paid. It will not be deducted from your balance. It WILL be returned “IF” there are no damages, food/drink, spills, glitter, confetti, missing items, etc.
How does payment work?
Your full balance is due one week (7 days) prior to your event date.
How does delivery work and is there a delivery fee?
We will arrive 1-2 hours before the start of your event to begin setup. Please notify us if there are stairs or limited parking so we can plan accordingly. The delivery fee varies depending upon location/distance from the storage unit in zip code 38672.
Is soft play safe for all ages?
Soft play is an indoor/outdoor play area consisting of all foam play equipment set up in the comfort of your home or private venue. It is made with soft material for toddlers to enjoy! Kaiser’s Playland creates a safe and clean soft play area for toddlers and children up to age 10.
Do you offer Attendant services?
Yes, for a fee. However, attendant services do not replace adult supervision; they are there to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.

Can I pick up my rental?
Unfortunately, that is not an option.
Is there a service fee?
Yes, there is a 3% service fee for ALL orders.
